30kVA Open Genset, Prime Power John Deere 3029DFU28 Engine

The STG 30 JD, 30kVA generator set packaged by our partner Staunch Machinery is a market leading design.

The heart is the John Deere 3029DFU28 engine coupled to a Marelli MJB 160 MB4 alternator, or an alternator by other world leading manufactures such as Stamford, Meccalte, Leroy Somer or Staunch’s own value brand if preferred. The control system is by Deep Sea, specified to your requirement with Comap also available an option.

The genset base is cut from a single piece of steel limiting the number of welds required, increasing strength and durability.

The canopies are ergonomically designed with seamless edges and no external bolts that are always the starting point for corrosion. 2mm thick steel is used in the canopy construction which is thicker than most other manufactures, making a big difference to how the set operates in the field and the overall robustness of the product.

All Staunch gensets meet quality standards BS4999, BS5000, BS5514 IEC 60034, VDE0530, NEMA MG 1.22 & ISO 8528. Acoustic sound levels are tested in accordance with noise directive 2000/14/EC.
